Instructions
Step 1
Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Keep some pasta cooking water. Drain and set apart.
Step 2
cook the crushed garlic and lemon zest in the olive oil for about 1 minute or until fragrant.
Step 3
Add the pasta water, lemon juice and cream, then stir for about 2mins.
Step 4
Add the cooked linguine and butter. Stir until the butter is melted and the sauce thickens.
Step 5
Take off the heat. Add the finely chopped parsley and the grated parmesan. Stir until it's well incorporated.
Step 6
It's ready, salt to taste and bon appétit !
