Step 1
Heat the oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the green onions and cook until slightly softened, about 30 seconds. Add the greens and cook, stirring, until wilted.
Pour in the eggs and season with the salt and pepper. Gently stir the eggs until they begin to set. Turn off the heat, stir the eggs again, and let them finish cooking to your liking. Sprinkle with the dill before serving.
