Step 1
Cake:Cream sugar & eggs till light and fluffy. Sift dry ingredients & add to egg mixture. Mix oil and water and add to flour and egg and fold in till thoroughly incorporated. Spoon into greased non stick pre heated baby cake maker and cook for 3 minutes or in greased mini muffin pans. Bake in preheated 180°C convection oven. Cool before dipping into chocolate sauce. Baby cake maker or muffin maker may also be used.
Chocolate sauce
Step 2
Mix all ingredients into pot with warm water and bring to boil until sugar has melted. Let cool and roll cake into chocolate sauce. Roll in coconut until covered completely.
