Garlic, Basil and Parsley Pasta

This recipe is so delicious and really easy as well. You can also add pieces of pancetta or bacon (it goes really nicely with it) This is such a great recipe, I actually made it with one of my best friends over Zoom, as we were in lockdown, and had a great time! Enjoy!

Step 1
Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling water on a medium heat. (2 mins less than package instructions)
For the sauce

In a large pan, add the finely chopped Parsley and drizzle with oil, then cook on a medium heat for about 5 minutes.
Step 3
Toss in olives and chili flakes and cook for another minute. Add the roughly chopped basil. Transfer pasta to pot with some of the pasta water (depending on how saucy you want it) cook for another 5 minutes and add the juice and zest of a lemon.
Step 4
That's it! A really easy but delicious recipe and if you want, you can add some crispy pancetta or bacon. Also great as a main meal with a starter or side of garlic bread. ENJOY!
