3 lbsBeef Tenderloin
0.5 CupSoy Sauce
2.5 TbspWorcestershire
2 tspBlack Pepper
1 tspSalt
1 tspOnion Powder
1 tspGarlic Powder
2 tspSmoke Dried Jalepeno Powder

Instructions
Step 1
Thinly slice beef (1/4") and place in ziploc. In separate bowl/cup, mix marinade ingredients. Add marinade to ziploc, close and work into beef slices. Let stand for 4 hours in fridge. Remove and place strips on smoker cooking grate and smoke at 200 degrees for 4 hours. Flip half way through. (Optional)
