Instructions
Step 1
Slice 1/2 of an onion.
Step 2
Cut some cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
Step 3
Chop some green onions as much as you want.
Step 4
Cut 1 sheet of fish cake into bite-sized pieces.
Step 5
In a mixing bowl, put 1 tablespoon of Korean chili paste, 2 tablespoons of Korean chili pepper flakes, 1.5 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of corn syrup, 0.5 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of Mirin, 0.5 tablespoon of minced garlic, some black pepper and 1 tablespoon of water.
Step 6
Add 0.5 tablespoon of Dasida. You can replace it with chicken stock or MSG.
Step 7
Put 1.5 cups of water in a wok. Add the veggies, fish cakes, 250 grams of rice cakes, 2 hard-boiled eggs, and the sauce. Place it over MEDIUM heat for about 8 minutes. Make sure to stir it occasionally.
Step 8
Depending on your preference, you can reduce down the sauce. Transfer it to a serving plate. Enjoy~!
