Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200C.
Step 2
In a large frying pan, saute the chicken, pepper and onion in the oil. Fry for about 8 minutes until all chicken has been browned off.
Step 3
Add the red kidney beans, chilli powder, paprika and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Pour two thirds of the passata into the base of an oblong ovenproof dish.
Step 5
Divide the mixture between the tortilla wraps, sprinkle some cheese over and roll up.
Step 6
Place the wraps roll side down into the passata.
Step 7
Drizzle over the remaining passata and sprinkle over the cheese.
Step 8
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
