These meatballs were so simple and tasty to make. A great dish for kids and a quick weekday meal! It took me less than 30 minutes to make which is a bonus. This meatball recipe is from a cookbook called, Japanese Cult Recipes, such simple recipes in this cookbook, I highly recommend if you like Japanese food without too much fuss. Instructions

Step 1
Combine all sauce ingredients and leave aside

Get all meatball ingredients in one large bowl and start mixing until fully combined.

It was easier to put the mixture into a piping bag and squeezing instead of making the meatballs by hand.
Step 4
Get a large frying pan with 2 tbsp oil, and start putting your meatballs in the frying pan.
Step 5
Cook your meatballs until fully cooked and leave aside.
Step 6
Empty the rest of the oil out of the pan, and add in all the sauce mixture from before.
Step 7
Cook the sauce until sticky.
Step 8
Add back in your meatballs until fully combined with the sauce. (Double the sauce if you like it more saucy)
Step 9
Enjoy with a side of rice and condiments you wish.
