Instructions
Step 1
In a small skillet, combine 1/2 the butter and heavy cream, bring to a gentle boil over medium heat, and cook, stirring occasionally, until the cream has thickened, about 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and stir in the Parmesan and parsley
Step 2
With a wooden spoon, soften the remaining butter in the bottom of a large bowl.
Step 3
In a pot boil water and add the salt and vegetable oil. Add the noodles and let cook all the way through, then drain and add to the bowl with the butter.
Step 4
Toss the pasta with the softened butter, add the cream sauce and toss again. Serve and add a little layer of Parmesan.
