Instructions

Step 1
Fry your chicken off in a little bit of oil until it's 80% the way cooked. Remove from pan and keep warm
Step 2
Cook off your butter in a medium low before adding your chilli flakes to infuse with the butter
Step 3
Cook this for 1-2 minutes before adding your onion and garlic. Let this soften for 4-5 minutes before adding your chopped tomatoes and cup of water
Step 4
Let this cook off for 7-8 minutes before adding the chicken back to the pan. Add the salt and sugar. Mix this through and add your basil. Add a cup of the pasta water and add the pasta in. Serve with parmesan and a basil leaf
