Instructions
Step 1
Pick over crabmeat to remove any shells and dry with paper towels.
Step 2
To a bowl, add all ingredients with the crabmeat being added last.
Step 3
Mix lightly with your hands being careful not to break up the crabmeat.
Step 4
Shape into cakes and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
Step 5
Butter your baking pan and put pat of butter on top of cakes. Broil for 10-20 minutes depending on size of cakes.
Step 6
You can also fry them by heating vegetable oil to medium high heat and cooking about 3 minutes per side.
