Preheat oven to 400°F

Grease 9x13 pan and add hash browns. Place pan into oven after it finishes preheating to cook while you prepare the rest of the ingredients.

Brown sausage in a pan then add onion and garlic. Cover with lid and continue to cook on medium for 8-10 minutes.

Prepare egg mixture while the sausage and vegetables cook by beating together the eggs, milk, and other seasonings.

Layer the sausage and vegetables on top of the hash browns when they finish cooking, then with the egg mixture. Top it off with shredded cheese and tomatoes.
