Instructions

Step 1
add the two eggs to the mixing bowl and whisk until dissolved

add the milk and mix until fully mixed in

add flour brown sugar and salt into the mixture

add mashed/ cut bananas (size you want ) into the mixture where is the
Step 5
add oil to the pan and add mix when the oil is hot, leave the fritters for about 2/3 minutes until you see a brownish colour forming. Once you see that you flip them and wait abour 2-3 more minutes
