Instructions
Step 1
Cut chicken in half (lengthwise).
Step 2
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Coat chicken in flour. Set aside.
Step 4
In cast pan: Add 2 tablespoons oil. Heat to medium high temperature. Add chicken pieces and brown on both sides. Cover if pieces are thick.
Step 5
When chicken is cooked, remove from pan. Set aside.
Step 6
In same cast pan: Combine oil, butter, and garlic. Cook until garlic is fragrant. (1-2 minutes)
Step 7
Add soy sauce, honey, and apple cider vinegar. Cook on medium high heat until bubbly and reduced.
Step 8
Return chicken to the cast pan and coat with sauce. Turn and coat the other side.
Step 9
Place chicken on plate and spoon some of the sauce over the chicken.
Step 10
Sprinkle parsley on top and serve with rice or potato (and a salad!)
