Created as a collaboration meal over a dinner with my friend Ashlynn, this dish is named after her! The sweetness of the roasted bell pepper balances so beautifully with the kale and the spice of the Italian sausage.

Instructions
Step 1
Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil
Step 2
Cook sausage in same pan, adding in rosemary and Italian seasoning to bring out aroma
Step 3
Once sausage is cooked, add in tomatoes and bell peppers, simmering for 5-10 minutes to reduce and combine flavors
Step 4
Add in kale and stir into sauce
Step 5
Serve over your desired amount of pasta noodles, and top with fresh parmesan cheese and/or additional fresh rosemary
