10kg beef mince
2 litres water
800g tomato purée
Black pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Prep all veg
Step 2
Fry the onions till browned
Step 3
Add peppers and cook through
Step 4
Add garlic purée, mild and hot chilli powder, cumin and paprika and cook through
Step 5
Add beef boullion, chopped tomatoes, tomato purée, sugar and water
Step 6
In a different pan brown the mince in batches and add to the chilli including the juices
Step 7
Cook until it reaches temp then add the kidney beans and cook for another 30 mins
Step 8
Thicken with gravey
