Step 1
season roast on all sides and sear. put in instant pot or on stove with approx 2 cups of broth or water. cook until tender. remove roast from liquid and bring remaining broth to boil. whisk 1/4 cup of flour and milk in drinking cup and whisk into boiling broth to make gravy. let simmer until good consistency. serve roast with mashed potatoes and gravy.
