Ingredients

red pepper

5 cm piece, peeled and chopped

2 rounded tbspplain flour
1 pintmilk
2 pintschicken stock
450gcod fillet
skinned + cut into 1cm /12 pieces

225gpeeled prawns

Instructions
Step 1
Cut the red pepper in half, remove seeds. Chop into small pieces and melt butter in pan on medium heat, add pepper, ginger, garlic and spices, stir well to coat in butter.
Step 2
Remove pan from heat + stir in the flour with wooden spoon.
Step 3
Gradually stir in me chicken stock & milk a little at a time.
Step 4
Return the pan to medium heat, bring to boil, stirring for 20mins.
Step 5
Chop coriander, snap peas, and cod. Prepare the prawns.
Step 6
Drop in pieces of cod & snap peas then simmer gently for 5 minutes.
Step 7
Stir in the lemon juice, add the prawns.
Step 8
Season to taste with sea salt & more cayenne if you want
Step 9
Sprinkle coriander leaves on top.
