Step 1
Cut the onion into thin slices. Heat the oil in the pan. Reduce the heat to medium

Add the onions and fry until they are translucent. Then add the honey and let the onions caramelize, stirring occasionally.

Put the meat in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Then knead well
