Instructions

Step 1
In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, ricotta cheese, and parsley. Mix until combined and set aside.
Step 2
Shred parmesan and mozzarella, set aside.
Step 3
In a baking dish, add a layer of sauce, then a layer of the sausage and meatballs (using about 1/2 of the mixture).
Step 4
Add a layer of lasagna noodles, then add half of the ricotta mixture.
Step 5
Add about 1/2 cup of the mozzarella, then add another layer of sauce and the remainder of the meats.
Step 6
Top with another layer of noodles (going the opposite direction). Cover with the rest of the ricotta mixture.
Step 7
Top with remaining sauce and mozzarella.
Step 8
Let rest for 30 minutes.
Step 9
Cover with tin foil and bake at 375° for 25 minutes.
Step 10
Remove the tin foil and continue to bake for an additional 20 minutes.
Step 11
Let rest for 5 minutes before cutting and serving.
