Instructions
Step 1
Turn your oven on to 350 degrees

Bring a pot of water with a pinch of salt to a rolling simmer. Add dry pasta and cook according to instructions on the box

While your pasta cooks, brown your Italian sausage
Step 4
Once your sausage is cooked, drain grease
Step 5
And marinara and shredded cheese to the sausage and sauce mixture
Step 6
Add cooked noodles to sauce, and stir
Step 7
Bake this in your cast iron skillet, or transfer mixture to a greased baking dish
Step 8
Top with fresh mozzarella before baking
Step 9
Bake at 350 for 10 minutes, and broil for an additional 3-5 minutes
