Sukiyaki is a Japanese dish that is prepared and served in the nabemono style. It consists of slowly cooked meat or simmered at the table, alongside vegetables and other ingredients, in a shallow iron pot in a mixture of soy sauce, sugar, and mirin.

Instructions
Step 1
Cut onion, and place them in a shallow iron pot.
Step 2
Cut tomatoes, and place them on onion.
Step 3
Place half-thin sliced beef on the tomatoes.
Step 4
Combine the rest of the tomato sukiyaki ingredients in a medium saucepan and shimmer. Then pour it into the iron pot.
Step 5
Keep the broth at a simmer the entire time.
Step 6
If the liquid gets low, add the ingredients with “----*” above.
Step 7
Remove any solids in the broth and add the Udon noodles. Simmer until cook through.
