Step 1
Soak chickpeas in water overnight
Step 2
Fry the onions and garlic until starting to brown.
Step 3
Add the meats and fry until browned.
Step 4
Add spinach until dehydrated. Then add tomatoes, some salt and paprika.
Step 5
In a casserole, add drained chickpeas and water to cover them. Bring to boil and add the spinach and meat mixture. Adjust salt level.
Step 6
Boil until the chickpeas are tender. Add water as needed.
