Feta dressing
Green parsley and mint dressing

0.75lemon juice
allepo chilli
1clove garlic
2 tablespoonsolive oil
salt
pepper
Salad
Instructions
Step 1
Blend parsley and mint dressing together and pop in fridge to marinate in fridge for a few hours
Step 2
Mix feta ingredients together. Chop walnuts finely and pop in fridge.
Step 3
Plate salad on plate. Finely chopping the spring onions, tomatoes and radishes and pouring over the lettuce leaves. Add the olives.
Step 4
Pour feta dressing on top of salad and the green parsley and mint dressing.
Step 5
Add extra freshly chopped parsley on top of the salad. Add pomegranate seeds.
Step 6
Squeeze lemon juice over salad. Add salt and pepper. Sprinkle more allepo chilli and a teaspoon of isot chilli.
Step 7
Serve.
