Pasta ricotta and tomato ๐
This is a recipe that reminds me of my Nonnaโs house in summer

Instructions
Step 1
Prepare tomato sauce with garlic and cook for 10 minutes adding basil at the end
Step 2
Boil pasta and mix the ricotta into the tomato
Step 3
Once the pasta is Al dente mix it with the sauce and then add the pasta
Step 4
Finish the plate adding a kneel of ricotta Evo and basil and enjoy
