Step 1
Add potatoes to a large pot. Add enough cold water to cover and add 1 tablespoons of salt. Boil until fork tender. Drain and mash to your preferred consistency add butter, salt, pepper, garlic powder, sour cream, milk and shredded cheese. Mix well to combine and then enjoy!
