Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
In a small bowl, whisk together eggs, salt/pepper to taste, and minced chives.
Step 3
Pour egg mixture into a greased loaf pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until eggs are fully cooked.
Step 4
If using meats, cook them during this time.
Step 5
Once your eggs are fully cooked, remove from pan. Place on top of one piece of bread and trim any excessive overhang, if desired.
Step 6
Add one layer of cheese onto eggs.
Step 7
Top that with any cooked meats or veggies.
Step 8
Cover the meat/veggie layer with the remaining cheese.
Step 9
Top with the other piece of bread.
Step 10
Preheat a medium sized sauté pan on Med High heat.
Step 11
Spread butter onto the top piece of bread and place that piece butter side down in the pan.
Step 12
Spread remaining butter onto the now top piece of bread.
Step 13
Cook and flip as needed until bread is golden brown.
