Step 1
1. Combine all but cold water and cornstarch in pressure cooker. Mix until tomato paste is dispersed evenly.
Step 2
2. Cover. Lock pressure vent. Pressure cook on high for 25 minutes.
Step 3
3. After 25 minutes, vent the pressure.
Step 4
4. While pressure is releasing, combine water and cornstarch in a separate container until smooth.
Step 5
5. Once pressure is released, open and stir in cornstarch mixture.
Step 6
6. Cover 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add additional salt for taste of desired.
