Step 1
Soak rice for 3-4 hrs. Grind rice+ginger n corn separately into smooth batter. Add salt n let it rest for some time. Mean while prepare palambaram : when water is boiling add rice flour ( mix with little water to avoid lumps) and cook . When it starts thickening add milk n suger , coconut , cardamom powder n cook few more minutes and switch off. Consistency should not be too thick as it will thickens some more when cool down. Dosa batter should be little flowy consistency compared to normal dosa batter .
