Step 1
Before you start, make sure that the eggs and butter are at room temperature.

Preheat the oven at 200 C.

In a larger bowl mash the bananas one by one with a fork. The more ripe the bananas are, the easier it will be mash them.

Then you can add the rest of the ingredients. The order is not super important but you can add the wet ones fist and then the dry ones. Make sure that you mix them well with a wooden apoon after each addition.

Then grease the loaf pan with a little bit of oil and add parchement paper to it.

Pour the mixture into the loaf pan and level it with a spatula. Put it in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, reduce the heat to 180 C and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
Step 8
When you see that the crust has formed and it’s looking nice and brown, take out the bread and leave it in the loaf pan to cool for a while. Don’t cover it with foil - it will make the bread mushy.
Step 9
After it’s cooled for a bit, you can take it out od the loaf pan and serve it! Enjoy!
