Beef mixture
2 earscorn
large 1/2 cups frozen corn, thawed
1 Tbspcanola oil
1 lbground beef
1 Tbsppaprika
2 tspground cumin
2 tspgarlic powder
2 tspdried oregano
1 tspcayenne pepper
1 ½ tspsalt
1 tspfresh ground black pepper
1 x 15 ozcan black beans
drained and rinsed
½ cupfresh cilantro

Step 1
Whisk together all ingredients - can be stored in an air tight container
Beef Mixture
Step 2
1. Heat a large, dry skillet over high heat until really hot. Put the corn in the pan and DFWI (don’t F*** with it), until corn is charred, about 6 min
2. Let the pan cool a bit, add the oil and heat over medium high heat. When oil shimmers, add the meat breaking up and stirring until cooked through, about 5-6 min.
3. In a small bowl, combine spices
3. Drain most of the liquid from the pan but leave enough to keep the meat juicy. Add the spice mixture to the meat along with the black beans and 1/2 cup water. Cook, stirring gently for 5 min.
