Instructions

Step 1
Heat skillet.
Step 2
Mix all dry ingredients. Make hole in center.
Step 3
Add eggs, melted butter, milk and vanilla and stir until just mixed. Let sit 5 minutes.
Step 4
Butter skillet. Drop batter onto heated skillet and let cook until bubbles form.
Step 5
Flip pancake and let cook on second side approximately 30 seconds. Remove to platter.
Step 6
Serve with butter and favorite syrups.
