Instructions

Omelette

Step 1
Slice the champignons and tomato. Dice the onion.
Step 2
Crack the eggs into a bowl. Add the seasoning and whisk until well combined.
Step 3
Heat the pan up. Add the bacon and fry until crispy and golden brown. Remove it from the pan.
Step 4
In the same pan heat the butter. Leave the heat on medium. Add the onions and fry for 1minute. Then add the champignons and fry for about 2min until they have shrunk in size completely. Season with salt and pepper

Bevor you add the eggs you may have to add some sunflower oil. Add the eggs and cover the bottom of the pan completely. Fry the eggs for about 1,5min until the egg begins to set on the surface.

Wrap

Step 6
Now place the wrap on the eggs and press down with your hand. Fry for another minute. Then turn the wrap with all the egg.
Step 7
Place the tomato slices on one quarter of the egg wrap and the bacon on the other quarter.
Step 8
Now fold the uncovered tortilla half onto the covered one. Then fold again so that a triangle is formed.
Step 9
Sprinkle on the grated cheese. Put on a lid and let it melt for a minute.
