Instructions

Sauce

Step 1
Mince the onion, pickle and capers.

Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix until well combined.

Fish

To a flat plate add 20g of flour.

Into a deep dish add the dry ingredients. Mix well and add the water. Mix again.

Mean while heat the oil in a large pan.

First coat the fish with flour. Then dip it in the batter. Make sure it's covered completely.

Reduce the heat to medium high and add the fish. Fry for about 2min each side.

Sandwich

Slice the brioche burger bun and toast until golden brown.

Slice the pickle.

Spread the bottom half with the sauce.
