Instructions
Step 1
Set a stove element with a pan to medium heat.
Step 2
Combine the 4 dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder -- two Tablespoons, not two Teaspoons as some have suggested, salt) in a bowl.
Step 3
Add the soy milk and vegetable oil to your mixture.
Step 4
Mix until smooth.
Step 5
Chop a banana into thin slices and throw those in the batter.
Step 6
Spoon out the bananas onto the pan individually to make small, pancake-covered banana slices. To cook, wait until bubbles appear on the pancake’s edges, then flip, and wait till golden. Serve warm.
