2chicken breasts
1romaine lettuce heart
1garlic clove
30mltahini
1 Tbspwhite vinegar
3 sprigsmint
3 sprigsparsley
2cucumbers
⅛ tspblack pepper
⅛ tspground allspice
⅛ tspgarlic powder
2 pinchesground cloves
2 pinchesground cinnamon
2 pinchesground nutmeg
2 Pinchesground cardamom
chili powder
dried oregano
salt
olive oil
10mlsumac
Instructions
Setup
Step 1
Chop garlic, lettuce, mint, parsley
Step 2
Slice cucumber and shallot
Step 3
In a bowl, combine the shallot with the sumac and chopped parsley
Step 4
In a bowl, combine the tahini, vinegar, garlic, and a drizzle of oil
Cook the chicken
Step 5
In a bowl, toss the chicken with the spices and a drizzle of olive oil
Step 6
In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the chicken for 3 minutes per side
Step 7
Lower the heat and cover
Step 8
Cook for 14 minutes
Step 9
Serve and enjoy!
