Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Whisk eggs, egg whites and milk with salt and pepper. Make sure to use Whole30 complaint milk or creamer. I used Nutpods.
Step 3
Add the thawed breakfast casserole base mix-ins and mix well with egg mixture.
Step 4
Pour into lightly oiled 9x13 casserole dish. You can certainly use a different size pan, just adjust the cooking time to accommodate for the different size.
Step 5
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes covered with foil, then uncovered for about 30 minutes or until cooked through.
