Instructions

Falafel dough

Step 1
Let the chickpeas soak overnight in a bowl of water Make sure that the chickpeas are well covered

Pour off the water from the chickpeas Cut the onion into cubes and add them to the chickpeas, together with the spices and the olive oil

Then blend everything until a homogeneous mass is formed

Form the dough into small flat balls and fry them over medium heat in about 50 ml of olive oil until they turn golden brown.

Vegetables

Cut the vegetables into small pieces and lay it on a baking tray

Roast the vegetables in the oven at 180 degrees for 40 min

Pita

Heat up the pita and cut it open. Then spread on the hummus
