Instructions
Step 1
Fill medium sauce pan 1/2 full with water. Season water with salt. Bring to a boil and add pasta cooking 8 - 10 minutes.

2. In skillet, saute onion and garlic in 2 T olive oil until onions are translucent.
Step 3
Add diced tomatoes, basil, oregano, sugar, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper.
Step 4
Bring to to a boil and then simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 5
3. Remove from heat and stir in heavy cream and butter. Reduce heat and simmer another 5 minutes.
Step 6
4. Toss pasta into the sauce and serve.
