Step 1
Crack 2 large eggs in a bowl.

Add 1 tbsp of water and mix well.

In a bowl, mix cornstarch and water.

Boil 3 cups of chicken broth.

Add cornstarch slurry into chicken broth to thicken the soup.

Season with dashi powder or salt and pepper.
