Instructions
Step 1
Peel potatoes. Dice to approx. 1-inch cubes. Boil until tender.
Step 2
Drain potatoes; put back into cooking pot. Add butter, and mash. (The fats from the butter supposedly bond with the starches from the potatoes, creating a better consistency by mashing them together.)
Step 3
Add cinnamon, cumin and nutmeg; stir until well-blended.
Step 4
Add real maple syrup, to taste. Enjoy!!
