Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Step 2
Cream butter, sugar egg and vanilla until thoroughly mixed.
Step 3
Sift together dry ingredients and add to the butter mixture. Mix until combined.
Step 4
Roll dough into balls the size of a quarter and place 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet.
Step 5
Press cookies with the bottom of the glass that has been dipped in sugar.
Step 6
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until slightly golden.
