Step 1
Sauté onions and peppers in some oil until cooked. Set aside.

Grill cubed chicken until cooked around. Add onions, green peppers, milk, chicken spice, salt, pepper, curry powder and peanut butter. Cook for 5 minutes. Taste and adjust salt and pepper as needed.

Cook for an additional 10 minutes or until sauce has thickened.
