Step 1
1. Flaten chicken breast. Can apply olive oil first

2. Bread chicken with flour, egg, then panko seasoned with salt and pepper. Set aside.

3. Oil pan and 1 tbsp of garlic about 30 seconds.

4. Add 1.5 cup heavy cream. Add salt and pepper.

5. Add 2 tbsp of white wine or vermouth.
Step 6
6. Add 1/4 tsp red pepper

7. Begin frying chicken until golden brown, about 2-3 min per side

8. Begin boiling pasta
Step 9
9. Simmer fettuccine sauce until it thickens.
Step 10
10. Add 3/4 cup parmesan
Step 11
11. Add 1 tsp parsley
Step 12
12. Add pasta to the sauce
Step 13
13. Slice chicken and lay on top of pasta
