This is a great alternative to Fettucini Alfredo, particularly if you're a fan of mushrooms! Extremely rich and decadent.

Instructions

Step 1
Saute mushrooms in butter until soft.
Step 2
Cook pasta until barely tender.
Step 3
Warm cream (do not boil).
Step 4
Drain pasta and return to pan.
Step 5
Pour butter & mushrooms over pasta and start tossing. Gradually add in small amounts of parmesan cheese, alternating with small amounts of cream until all used, continuing to toss.
Step 6
Serve with lots of cracked pepper and additional grated parmesan.
