Dr Myers’ Favorite Gut-Healing Smoothie
I love to start my day with a smoothie full
of nutrition! This is my favorite because it
contains a probiotic powder to add in the
good bacteria to the gut, collagen to seal up
a leaky gut, coconut milk for healthy fat,
and berries and kale to provide polyphenols
and antioxidants to reduce inflammation.
