Roasted potatoes
Step 1
Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices.
Step 2
Heat the oil in the pan. Reduce the heat to medium. Add the potatoes. After 2 minute add the seasoning. Fry for another 2min then flip. Fry for 4-5min until crispy and golden brown.
Wrap
Step 3
Slice the chicken/ turkey.
Step 4
Spread the front center of the tortilla wrap with the garlic mayonnaise. Then spread on the cranberry jam.
Step 5
Place the roasted potatoes, pickled red cabbage and chicken/ turkey on top.
Step 6
Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.
Step 7
Roast the wrap in a pan from all sides.
