1. Pre-heat oven to 425. 2. Put quinoa in an insta pot or follow stove top instructions.
3. Put brussel sprouts, broccoli, pearl onions, olive oil, french vinaigrette seasoning, salt, pepper flakes in a bowl and mix and then place on baking sheet lines with parchment paper. Bake for 35-40 min, mixing halfway.
4. Add about 1 tbls of olive oil to a frying pan and add impossible Italian sausage and roasted red peppers and cook for about 5 minutes.
5. Once all items are done put in one container and mix together.
Note: top with parmesan and pepitas
