A gyro is usually a Greek dish of roasted meat served in a pita, with tomato and tzatziki but this Let’s Get Cooking recipe is for a veggie version. It can easily be made vegan friendly with a couple of simple swaps. Why not go the whole way and make your own flatbreads and tzatziki?
