Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven at 375°F.
Step 2
Brown the ground beef. Drain off any fat.
Step 3
Stir in beans, enchilada sauce, tomato sauce, 1 cup of cheese, and onions.
Step 4
Set 1 cup of corn chips aside, then crush the remaining chips and add them to the meat mixture.
Step 5
Pour into a 1 1/2 qt casserole dish and cover it.
Step 6
Bake at 375°F. for 30 minutes.
Step 7
Spoon sour cream on top; sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese and the remaining corn chips around the edge of the casserole.
Step 8
Bake uncovered for 2 to 3 minutes.
